Wyndham Theatre Company - AGM
This is to advise you of the upcoming annual general meeting of the members of Wyndham Theatre Company. The details of this meeting are as follows:
The AGM will be held via a zoom call due to current Covid restrictions.
Date: Wednesday 11th November 2020
Time: 7:30pm - please note the link will be active for you to join from 7:15 onwards should you have any questions you would like to ask before the meeting begins. Please contact us for the private link.
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
• Find out about WTC operations
• Ask any relevant questions
• Speak about any items on the agenda
• Vote on any resolutions proposed.
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
• Accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• Accept the annual report
• Accept the annual financial statements
• Elect committee.
The following positions will be proposed at the annual general meeting:
